You select the rating from minimum to maximum of the number of bedrooms, car
stalls, full and half baths you will need.
Dimensions
You select the dimensions from the minimum to the maximum number of square
feet you will need. You will also select the width and depth of the building
site area along with the room locations, and the style of the home.
Features
Select all of the features you are looking for in a room, and rate them from
a no preference to a must have feature.
Architecture
Select the type of home exterior you would like. You are given several
choices and then rate the ones you have selected.
Designers Section
Select one of numerous designers. For easy access the list is broken down
from A-Z for you.

Black and White slide show with approximately 3,600 house plan types for you
to select from. A very helpful way to begin your process vs. trying to visualize
a certain look not on paper. Also provides the plan number of the home you
